Paper Submission Steps
- Go to ICHSEsub online submission system
- Fill in the information required thoroughly with correct spelling. All information related to the conference including official Letter of Acceptance and Conference Program will be sent to your personal email relevant with the name(s) and affiliation(s) mentioned
- Join the ICHSE WaG Participant by clicking here
- Submit your abstract (follow the template given) if you register as a presenter in the conference.
- Your abstract will be reviewed, and once your abstract has been accepted, you will be invited to attend the conference.
- Upon your abstract is reviewed and accepted by the committee, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
- Your fulpaper will undergo blind review and the result will be returned to you
- Revise your paper if needed, and submit your revised paper prior to the deadline

Registration Fee and Payment
The participants or presenters can be verification by sending proof of transaction to the Contact Person. The payment could be using BNI VA (Virtual Account). The authors receive and oblige to the terms and conditions of the conference upon the payment is settled. The committee will announce the update officially on the website and the registrants must follow the terms and conditions as stipulated.
